Objectives

Challenges & Pain Points

Tight deadline for
site launch.

The primary challenge was to deliver and launch a fully functional website before the gym's official grand opening.

High costs and slow turnaround of traditional development.

The standard workflow (design followed by custom coding) was too expensive and time-consuming. The client needed a professional visual result while bypassing agency backlogs and long development cycles.

Lack of independence in content management.

The client needed a tool for instant updates to schedules, pricing, and news without engaging a developer or paying for ongoing technical support.

Why It Works

Changes that made the difference.

Streamlined process by bypassing the development stage.

By leveraging Framer, I took full responsibility for the deployment. Eliminating the developer middleman allowed for a rapid launch without compromising on quality or performance.

An intuitive content management system.

Building the site in Framer gave the client total control. The dashboard is simple and user-friendly, eliminating the need for external technical support for routine updates.

Perfect alignment between vision and the final product.

Handling the deployment myself eliminated the "guesswork" often involved when a developer interprets design intent. This resulted in zero deployment errors and removed the need for tedious post-launch revision sessions.

Total process control and
a stress-free launch.

A transparent workflow ensured the site was live on schedule. This allowed the client to focus on the gym's opening preparations, confident that their digital presence was professional and ready.
